came into existence due to the friendship between Indra Cox and Sarah Vanderweeën. It's a joyful label for anyone who loves colors and is young at heart.Together we design and produce unique items like skirts, bags, scarves and many other handmade accessories including private orders to fit personal requirements. Everything we make is born out of the materials we hunt down and gather.

All this promising potential gets stored up in our studios. Whether it’s old buttons, second hand curtains or blankets, tablecloths from flee markets or fabrics from inspiring travels or from the fabric store around the corner. Everything that wakes up our imagination has been collected over the years. Like Birds and Bees we navigate without a map.

We just love to play, puzzle and combine until it puts a smile on our faces.All pieces created can be combined endlessly to bring joyful color to your wardrobe.

Hummingbird & Bumblebee create playful, payable collections to give that something extra to yourself or any other special friend. All our products are unique, honest and handmade. No mass production here but durable one of its kind items, made from the heart with love for you.
